- Blown insulation to R-38 in attic
- Exterior walls will be insulated with batt type insulation -- R-13
- Upper ceilings will be insulated with blown type insulation

- 1/2" drywall textured ceiling
- Hardboard doors, 3 hinges, 6-panel doors
